Sea Fishing…

Sea fishing (or Angling), also refered to as Sport Fishing or even Game Fishing in some parts of the world. Participation is often governed by the angler’s personal proximity to the coast. However, there are those prepared to travel many miles on a regular basis. Although I probably live as far inland as you can get, I was one of those people. As for a reason well, angling is angling and in addition to a passion for dangling a line, most of your catch offshore is also edible!

These days, apart from the odd moment on holiday I have kind of lost my sea angling drive and desire. In the past, I took regular trips to the coast and in the past, I have also represented my force in various Police Sea Angling competitions.
